Am a fan of Dosey Doe but the concerts have gotten so expensive. Kenny G is playing and his tickets are close to 200 dollars and for better seats, 250! Same with Don Felder of the Eagles. We are Keb Mo fans and those tickets were more reasonable a couple of years ago. Anyone else go to concerts there!

@cabeuser : I've always wanted to try and visit there but I may pass if the tickets keep going up like you mentioned. I know they have good coffee though lol

It's a beautiful place, I go at Xmas , I thought it was expensive till I saw the prices at Dosey Doe... so you and your husband can have a box and still have money left over to go again, at the Dosey Doe price.
It was the last Christmas gift my son gave me along with afternoon tea at the Dorchester, my daughter won't go again because of the memories.. it makes no difference to me as I have the same sad feeling every day.. They have wonderful festive music is feels like Christmas and you walk out into the cold, rain or snow, wonderful.lol!

@Starlight13 : Omigosh what a beautiful gift!! And at least it is a great memory to try to help with the sad ones you always carry with you. I bet it is very festive at Christmas with the snow and beauty.... a real white Christmas.

I just cannot believe it is not more expensive than that. I would have thought unaffordable,.....completely out of reach, like many $100's or close to $1,000.

@Starlight13 : Yes I hope to one of these days....it is a nice dream. Christmas would be the perfect time I'm sure. The only bad thing is I hate crowds lol. I think I could manage though.

I hate crowds to but it's not like that at all, when you have a box your upstairs ... I have never seen crowds downstairs either, even though its full... I THINK there are different entrances for different seating ... never seen a line outside.. we get there early, go and have s drink and chat... we do leave a few mins early to get a cab... I have never been to a show in the woodlands because of the crowds... so I think you would enjoy it.
