The Woodlands Market Street is an open air shopping center of The Woodlands, located adjacent to The Woodlands Mall in The Woodlands Town Center.

Market Street is host to an impressive collection of more than 70 stores, shopping boutiques and restaurants, including: Tommy Bahamas, Maggie's, Borders Books, Learning Express, The Gap, Sur La Table, Thomas Markle Jewelers, Luke's Locker, Eddie Bauer, J. Crew, the Avia Hotel, and more!

This outdoor shopping venue offers the feel of a traditional "Town Square" but with modern conveniences, such as valet parking available across from Central Park at the Market Street Concierge desk.   The central park area in the center of Market Street serves as an attractive recreation area, gathering place and performance venue for entertainment events and live music.


Market Street is also home to the Market Street Cinemark movie theater and the Avia hotel.
