Five Star! Allen with Quality Comfort Air came to my house when my 18 year old AC unit wasn't cooling too well. He looked it over and told me it was low on refrigerant and it's an old unit that probably needs to be replaced and explained to me the rising costs of R22 refrigerant. I completely agree that my units are near end of life, but he said he would recommend refilling with refrigerant and see how it does this summer. He could have easily pushed for the big sale, but was open and honest, and he helped me out. My AC is colder than its been in years right now, and I know when it's time to replace who I will call.

“Rob, We purchased our house in 2012 and knew we had an old AC unit. I called Robert to have him look at our unit, which was not cooling. Last summer we had the same issue and the Home Warranty sent another company out who “charged” the unit and said they cleaned the coils. They said the freon was low but didn’t know how bad it was leaking or if it was even leaking at all. They were in and out without any explanation or any suggestions about the future of the unit. Nothing. They just grabbed my check and left. After Robert looked at the unit he explained that the coils had not been cleaned (in years!) and showed me before and after pictures of what it looked like before and after the cleaning. We then sat down and went over a game plan to get our very old and run-down unit replaced in a way that is affordable to us. I appreciate his honesty and quick response in getting out here. I cannot say enough about this company. The owners are great men who care about their customers. They take pride in their work and made sure to take care of my home while completing the repair to my system. They put drop clothes on the floor to make sure my carpet was not in anyway damaged. They were fast and affordable. We have used them in the past and will use them if needed in the future.

AC went down the night before and I waited until 8 the next morning to call. They scheduled us in ASAP with a project manager because all of the tech's were busy. We were up and going by 10:30.
